Does denial to enter at a POE reflect in the FBI PCC?

I doubt it does but you will still need to declare the refusal as CBSA and CBP share a lot of information.

Declare where? Does EE ask if you were denied entry into USA?

Yes, one of the questions on the Schedule A form is have you ever been refused entry to Canada or another country.

Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever:

d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a
Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

Oh okay, thanks!

Just one more question: What document is needed to show the $12,200 proof of funds for a single applicant... 6 month bank statements or a letter stating average balance over last 6 months? I can't find this info regarding the specifics anywhere...

To confirm whether the applicant meets the low-income cut-off (LICO), assessed by the amount of money they hold compared to the number of people in their family
Document requirements

The applicant should provide an official letter(s) from one or more financial institutions that lists all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts, such as credit card debts and loans.
The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address), the account numbers, the date each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance for the past six months.
Other documents may also be requested, as necessary.

Thanks dell2, but I just found this thread with contradicting info: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t295815.0.html

Sorry to bother but any idea how long is this LETTER valid for? I'm flying to India today but may get my ITA next month.. My bank would be fussy to courier a letter to my Indian address so I'm thinking of getting one from them right now itself.. But what if CIC considers a 1 or 2 month old letter outdated ?
