Does 90 days mean working days only or including week-ends?

Hi, I have been asked for additional information from LVO (Family sponsorship) on July 22,2014. We were given a window of 90 days.

They never said 90 business days (Which obviously wouldn't count Saturdays or Sundays). Rather they vaguely said 90 days.

Does that mean they will count week-ends as well???

90 days it has never said 90 business days just 90 days. I suggest you include the weekends and get the documents into Cic before then. If Cic don't receive your documents withing 90 days they could cancel your application, so why take the chance . If you can not get your new documents in time to comply i suggest you send them a letter stating why and any evidence that you have tried to comply.

Thanks taffy7. Do I email LVO or it has to be mailed. I was thinking to send an email and also mention in the email that I will be sending them originals in the mail? Any suggestions

If you can get them in before the 90 days i wouldn't email them , unless you have a direct email address to the person looking after your file .They most often won't reply.
