Hi Guys,

Some questions about the required uploaded documents after ITA:

1) Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) - what does the "(Multiple)" mean?
2) Education (diplomas/degrees) - does that include my high school diploma also?
3) Police Certificates (Multiple) - what does the "(Multiple)" mean?

note that it's only myself and my wife applying, no children.

Thanks

People can have multiple documents like below.
1. Passport/Travel Documents - You can have more than one passport/travel document - one can expired or dual citizen.
2. Yes, You need to submit all the documents related to education along with WES
3. Person can be stayed in multiple countries - If you are there in ONLY one country then ONLY one PCC.

Multiple is Generic. It is not case specific.
You must not include your high school diploma since you only need to upload your degree certifcate and PG certifcates only. Along with that ECA report and IELTS report. Transcripts are not mandatory. However, you may choose to include them as well.

so, you both are saying different and opposite things...does any of you (or others) have any experience with these questions?

Do you think we are fools sitting here answering your questions without knowing???

I think that you both said opposite things, so at least one of you is wrong.

Ignore this and submit the passport you have

2) Education (diplomas/degrees) - does that include my high school diploma also?
Submit those certificates for which you got ECA done

3) Police Certificates (Multiple) - what does the "(Multiple)" mean?
If you lived in more than 1 country for >6 months, you would have by now received >1 PC. Upload them

Repeat all the above for your wife in her section which is exactly below yours.

note that it's only myself and my wife applying, no children.

Thanks

On what basis can you say that one of us is wrong??
Both of us have mentioned the correct things...........You can choose what you want to do.

Sushssmart wrote correctly.. Multiple is written in generic and it is like if someone has multiple IDs in addition to passport (like expired passport or dual citizen passport) etc.. For education, documents need to be uploaded for all degrees' ECA done through WES/ICAS.. Preferably Bachelors and above. High school diploma not required. in PCC, multiple means if stayed in more than 1 country for more than 6 months. Again generic, may or may not apply to you.

And we all are here to help. You can obviously take multiple opinions but don't say in allegation tone if someone actually has experience or not? Give respect to have respect

all I asked if some has experience with these questions, experience meaning - not theory knowledge and not citing things in the CIC website, actual experience. one of the participants here decided to take it as an insult and chose to be aggressive. I didn't accuse anyone , and people may be wrong sometimes - it's ok to be wrong and assume stuff, but that's exactly why I asked for actual experience, not assumptions.

Also, I was led to understand from previous threads here that I don't need to upload previous passports - only the new valid one. should I submit both?

Do I need to upload all passport pages?

Not all pages. Bio-pages, visa pages and pages with stamps. Also, if you had a Visa for any country (like UK) on a card, then upload the scan copy of that card.

If visa stickers and exit & entry stamps are on expired passport, should they be uploaded?

Yes.
In this case, the first few pages will be of your new passport.
Then insert a blank page which says OLD PASSPORT and write PASSPORT NUMBER: XXXXXX
Follow this with all the relevant pages of your old passport.
This will be a single scan PDF file of less than 4 MB. Try compressing the original file so that it gets uploaded.
