I want to cross the rainbow bridge with my parents (just for tourism) and we want to know what documents to bring.
Me and my wife are on work permits (PGWP and SOWP). We both work and lease an apartment in Hamilton, On. My parents are here visiting with visitor visas, they have a return flight by the end of September. They leave on September 25th and my dad's visitor visa expires on September 30th. All passports have 6+ months expiration date, we all have Canadian TRV/visitor visas and US visitor visas, and we've all travelled several times to the US before (by plane only).
We plan to drive to Niagara Falls, park, cross the rainbow bridge (walking) to NY, see the falls from the other side, spend a couple of hours sightseeing, and head back to Niagara Falls (cross the border again).
First question: are there any red flags here to reconsider taking this trip? Like a risk that we might have issue at the Canadian or US customs.
Second question: if we do this, what documents should we bring in case questions are asked? Obviously passports with visas, and I was also planning to bring a copy of our lease agreement, my parents return flight leaving Canada, work permits (my wife's and mine), and most recent paystubs. Anything else we should bring?
