3)nic (me and my father translated)
4)bay form (instead of FRC)
5)Experience letters / appointmnt letter, id card etc
6)Father employment letter
7)property evaluation
8)police certificate
9)property evaluation



I am going to civic centre to notarize my documents...and going to make affidvates, nic translations, birth certificate translation, bay form translation.


People If am missing some documents then plsssssssssssss add......which documents should i notarize??
