Documents requiring notarization from countries without Notary Public like Thailand

HI, what will I do if Canadian government requires documents notarized but there is no official recognition from country of origin like Thailand?

You should seek the services from the ministry of exterior or the equivalent to get a certification. If not you may be able to use the services of a police officer, lawyer ..etc.

If all fails you can approach the Canadian embassy/consulate for notarization.
