Instead of scanning the document, what are your thoughts of taking a picture of the required document and uploading them? Is that possible?

Yes I did that while applying online to MPNP. I uploaded photos of few of my documents like Transcripts & ID cards. My documents were considered just fine & I was able to get MPNP nomination without any issues.

Just make sure that your photos are clear & easily readable & you are using a good camera instead of a cell phone. Afterwards, I used "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" to auto correct my photos. There are many online websites too with which you can further enhance them.

If you have a smartphone, there are "scanning programs" that arranges the picture and helps you to get an image as clear as using a regular scanner... Try it out too :p

Hi!

Did you do the same thing? I am applying mpnp this month and i dont have a scanner. Do you think it is ok using smartphone app to scan all documents?

Yes, it would looks like just like a picture taken from an scanner. thats how I made a "copy" of my passport and printed it.
