Documents required - Social connections/ties to Ontario

Hi Guys,

Could anybody let me know what are the required documents, if I want to show my social connection in Ontario - OINP application?

From the OINP Application Guide:

'You are required to declare your intention to reside in Ontario in Section F of the Nominee Application Form. You must provide a statement of intent stating your reasons to settle in Ontario and your ties to Ontario.
You may also provide evidence of your ties to Ontario. Ties to Ontario can include but are not limited to, the following:
 Employment in Ontario;
 Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario;
 Volunteer work in Ontario;
 Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership;
 Professional networks and affiliations;
 Family ties;
 Social connections or personal relationships; and/or
 Previous visits to Ontario.'

Thanks for the info but I want to know specifically under social connections.

For social connections, any friends, immediate family, or extended family that you may have in Ontario needs to be demonstrated. Generally, you should be able to get documents from your friends and family members who are in Ontario that demonstrate that they do in fact live in Ontario; these include any bills sent to their home address, copies of their leases, and so on.
If it is a family member, you also need documents to establish your familial connections. In the absence of documentation that can establish hard familial ties, an affidavit may work as well.
