Documents required for name change after marriage for ECA

Hi,
Require urgent advice on the following:
Want to get my post grad evaluation by WES - in my current name
As a supporting document, I also need to submit my Bachelors degree but that is in my maiden name (before marriage).

How do I prove this name change to WES?
Where do I need to submit documents or provide this information to WES?
