Documents required for FSW PR Visa?

WES
Passport
Birth and Marriage Certificate
Education marksheets and letters
Experience related (Offer and relieving letters, Pay Slips and Reference letters)
Funds
DD

Please let me know. If I have to send any other document or fill any other form minimum required?

What about reference letter?
I wont be able to get in touch with my Previous companies to get Reference letter on letterhead? whats the alternative? What about manager/supervisor Id card/ or Visiting card, I dont have either?

Dear Anant,

Stay calm, don't get worried. All problems have solutions. If there is no solution than the problem can not exist. Just think why can't you get the reference letters. Did you tried with your employers or did you hypothesis that they will not give. Send them email they will either provide you or will deny. There is no third option. In case they provide than great. If no than let them officially deny. Than ask your previous manager to write one for you and explain in cover letter that why can't you give on letterhead. This may help.

I hope I would have done the same if I had time. I am filing application by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

Gettting something on letterhead is gona take long time. I have contacts with my managers who can sign and provide reference. But again, they also are not in same company.

I heard that getting Reference letter Notarized also work. Is it right? What about manager/supervisor Id card/ or Visiting card, we dont have?

Sorry for late reply. What is your NOC code? If you can manage some time than I'll suggest that its better to send a complete application late than sending an incomplete early.
