I’m under live in caregiver and my application for permanent residents is still on process until the decision has made. I sponsored my husband who is currently working in Saudi Arabia. My husband received this email from Abu Dhabi immigration. And we are confused with some of the questions like: IMM 0008, Application Details 1.Program under which you are applying. 2 Category’s which you are applying. (Should he choose 1.”Family” 2.”Spouse)”
Dependant(s) You must provide the fallowing details about each your family members, wether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. You must include your spouse or common law partner, if applicable, and all your dependant children, and those of your spouse or common law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada. ( Is he going to put me as a dependant? For I don’t have a PR yet, though I’m the one who sponsored him?)

- An updated validated IMM0008-Generic Application Form for Canada completed and signed by you, the principal applicant. You are encouraged to complete this form electronically and you must include the barcode page in your submission. If you have more than five dependents, please also complete the Additional Dependents/Declaration (IMM0008DEP)form.
