Buffalo has requested additional documentation from us - they want a photocopy of our Ontario marriage certificate. We sent a copy of the solemnization record not realizing it is not a legal record and Mississauga seemed to accept it for my sponsorship application...go figure!
Anyway we expect to receive the marriage certificate later this week. As Buffalo only wants a photocopy of it, can we fax it to them? Or do we need to mail/courier it? Has anyone had success faxing such documents to Buffalo without them getting misplaced?
