After paying tuition fee, paying GIC is enough to get visa or else I have to add more documents ?

I have a query for you.Does IT returns is necessary for SPP visa? MY father is a farmer ,In India farmers are exemption for IT returns.

under spp u just need all the documents mentioned in the check list ......so follow the check list.
