I have relative living in Montreal who I visit very frequently. I want live there. Right now I am collecting all document that could possibly be needed.

I want to apply for a skilled worker visa from USA. What are the documents required for the processing of the application?
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Bank Statements
- College Transcript
- Documents Supportig Profession
- Medical and Police Good Conduct Certificate

What else..? Can anybody tell me please..?
