Hi, Can someone explain if the below documents are needed for Parent Sponsorship. I am only sponsoring my mom as my dad passed away last year.
1) Would I need Income Tax Returns for my mother, she has been a homemaker all her life ?
2) Do I need to get property evaluation done and send to Immigration ?
3) Also the DOB of my mother's mother is not known, but in the form, Schedule A – Background-Declaration (IMM 5669), there is this question, number 3 where it asks for principal applicants mother and father DOB, so what can be done if DOB is not known.
4) There is no marriage certificate for my mother and fathers marriage, and since my father passed away, to get a marriage certificate is impossible (because for that both parties need to be present), so instead would a affidavit from my mom suffice ?
