Documents needed at POE

Hi, I hope the experts or anyone who has an idea can help me.

I applied for TRV last Feb 28 and received passport request on March 8. The next day I submitted my passport. When I checked the status of my application online, it says decision has been made - approved. Also noted “counterfoil” - your document is valid - with expiry date 2018/09/05.

Note: my passport will expire on December 2019.

Questions:
1.) does it mean my application was approved for a single entry only?

2.) what are the documents I need to bring/show at POE?

1. You'll only know when you get your passport. ("Document" refers to your passport being valid.)

2. Most of the time, nothing really. Just know the address you'll be staying at.
