documents must be certified

Interview instructions state that translated documents must be certified. How do I know which party is considered acceptable by Canadian Government to certify translated documents in Saudi Arabia? Thanks for your help.

Certified means that you cant just sit at home and translate the documents from Arabic to English but you will have to use the services of such Translation firms who have legal business liecense from the Government and are legal translators in Saudia,so they will translate and certify the document with their official office/firm stamp and signature.
