Documents in Response to ITA

I have a couple of questions related to the documents to submit in response to ITA.

a) Do I need to get the Copy of Degrees and marksheets attested by notary or some kind of True copy stamp along with WES Report?

b) Can I give the medical exam from India (I am an Indian currently residing in Dubai) as I am currently in India for 15 days due to prior plans? Or I have to give it from Dubai only?

c) How is the letter of explanation made? Is it on some stamp paper? or on a simple piece of paper. I have a gift deed from my father. Where shall I attach it? With the letter of explanation or with the proof of funds.

No. Just colored scanned copy

b) Can I give the medical exam from India (I am an Indian currently residing in Dubai) as I am currently in India for 15 days due to prior plans? Or I have to give it from Dubai only?
They have to be from an approved panel physician. Country doesn't matter. Prefer India though

c) How is the letter of explanation made? Is it on some stamp paper? or on a simple piece of paper. I have a gift deed from my father. Where shall I attach it? With the letter of explanation or with the proof of funds.

A: Anywhere is fine.

A:On a plain sheet of paper. There is no special place for LoE, better include it with PoF documents.
