HI everyone.
I am applying for my husband outside of Canada, and I have fill out all in forms
However, there is one thing I am concerning about, that is my husband's certifications
I recently found out the police certificate has only 3 month validation period. and medical examination one year.
BUT WHAT ABOUT OTHER DOCUMENTS?
like civil status, he is from China. so we have something call house hold register. birth certificate, and marriage certificate?

IF ANYONE KNOWS THE VALIDATION TIME FOR ANY OF THESE DOCUMENTS PLZ LET ME KNOW
THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!

i'm not familiar with your country, though i can't imagine birth certificates or marriage certificates expire. they are legal documents certifying the birth of a person and marriage of a couple. the only concern you need for forms expiring are the medical and police record. i am not sure what a household record is, though it sounds like it is something that could be updated yearly, if it pertains to how many people are living in one household. i think you are worrying about something you dont need to worry about. just follow the checklist for your country, submit what they ask for and you will be fine. if cic requires additional info from you, they will ask for it.

Thanks very much.
I acutally thought the same.
However, most of the people says all legal certificates expaired 6 months. that's why I was concerning because all the documents my husband mailed already passed 3 months.

not sure who these "people" are. marraige certificates and birth certificates certainly are valid for more than 6 months. Perhaps it's dependant on the country, but i've NEVER heard all legal documents expire after 6 mo. that makes absolutely no sense. That means court records and determinations would expire. Or that government legislations expire. that's absolutely ridiculous and i can't imagine that is true. where ever you are getting your information from, i have a feeling they are mis-informed or are talking about something completely different.
