Hi everyone,
I have applied to sponsorship my son (10 years), but unfortunately his application was refused because the immigration office in abu dhabi United Arab Emirate not convinced that I will go back to Canada g
last week I have recieved a letter from Immigration Appeal Division IAD in Toronto asking me to submit documents about the fact that I will reside in Canada when my son become PR
so if anyone can give me an advice about this issue please this is argent as the deadline for submitting these documents is 7th November 2017 (next week)

I sent documents proof that I regestered my son in school and payed even the fees, I have already mentioned that I have searched for job and house to rent ..... dont know what else to be honest we are really planing to go back within the next two years because my sone will starts his undergradute studies in toronto and they refused this fact dont know why
 
You mentioned you looked for jobs and housing, but did you provide proof that you did?
 
You dont have to get offers or interviews. Did you describe your job search efforts precisely? Which websites did you go look? Did you show a copy of a sample resume or cover letter? Did you show sample job postings which you responded to? Did you show where you went to look for housing? Did you tell them which part of the city you planned to live?
