I am trying to upload additional documentation online.
The directions for naming the documents is unclear to me.

Do I name them according to the category from the drop-down menu?
For example: Last name - First Name - Other - #1
Last name - First name - Other - #2

Or do I make up my own descriptive name that tells what is in the document?
For example: Last name - First Name - Letters from Family and Friends - #1

I've been working on immigration all day. Any advice from those who have already submitted online
are greatly appreciated!

Not that it would make a huge difference, or is a concern at all, but this sounds reasonable. Maybe replace first name with UCI.

I've never heard of directions about naming files. Can you please quote what the directions say?

But generally if there's no direction about document name then it doesn't matter what you call it.
