Hi All, long term reader of these forums but first time poster, I hope this belongs here and that you can offer some advice...
Just received my ITA and I'm working through the documents list and I have one police report from Germany which is sort of written in German, but I'm really not sure whether or not to get it translated - all personal details are already written in German, English and French, and the one crucial line of "NO RECORD" is also in all three languages, and that's pretty much all that's written on the report - the only words on the entire document written solely in German are the header of "Bundesamt für Justiz" (the federal department for justice, i.e. the body issuing the report) and a few words at the bottom stating how to get in touch in case of any queries.
I'm reluctant to get it translated for the sake of a handful of irrelevant words which aren't in any way needed for the report, but equally I'm apprehensive just to upload it as it is in case it's rejected for lack of a translation. Anyone have any advice? What would you do?
