I have submitted my pr appilication May 2014 first week under cec. Then i have been asked some documents by cic on june 2nd week and also i have submitted the documents june last week. But i still not got file no. Anybody has any idea that approrxmatily how long does it take to get AOR

You should have got it by now. Try login in to ECAS using UCI#. Let me know what it say. I will guide you through next step.

What kind of documents where requested??

Call CIC on 1888-242-2100 press 1 then 2. It will transfer your call to automated machine to check status of your application. Provide your UCI# and Birth year when asked. If it still says your application was not received then press 0 to talk to representative and ask them whether they received your documents or not and ask them status of your application .

You can try using this number +16139444000 (Foreign Affairs & Development office). After language options (1 or 2), it'll provide with agencies selection, I believe route for CIC is then: 1 (Foreign Affairs inquires) and then 2 (information about immigration and visas). You'll be transferred to CIC like if you were calling +1888 number. I am not 100% sure if this will work or not. But give it a try though.
