Document Pending Issue

Hi,
I had submitted my documents to WES for the Express entry process.
I have done my 3 years Bachelors Degree in BBA from Symbiosis Pune and a one year PG Diploma Course from Kurukshetra University.

Document Status

Waiting to receive 1 document(s)

For my PG Diploma course, as checked with the University, only a Single Document is provided which is one page divided into 2 parts.

1st part contains the paragraph certifying that i have completed the PG diploma course in the chosen subject and ive passed in 1st division. (Degree Certificate wording)

2nd part containes the statement of marks.

Due to this, WES has put my degree certificate as "Not Recieved"

Please help. Need some inputs as to how to solve this issue.

Simple call them on their contact number and refer to your file number. State that PGDiploma is one page combined certificate of Degree and DMC. They will understand.
