Guys, have you noticed that CIC updated their site and now it's not easy to apply for working permit most especially for BOWP ( which I'm panning to do using AOR from EE)cause theyre asking for a lot of documents such as LMIA exempt form from employer and receipt.. I was about to upload my documents this afternoon and when I checked my document list, it changed and they're asking for more documents. Now, I decided not to apply BOWP anymore. I'll just wait for the decision of my EE application even though my permit is about to expire in June.

I'll just wait for the decision of my EE application even though my permit is about to expire in June.

Yes now employer have to pay a fee of $230 and need to attach the payment receipt, and submit by email the LMIA exempt as well you need to attach it, is a pretty straightforward process not to worry but I guess you got some time ... If I were you i would start working on it , and if something happens in June you open the file and submit it...on the other you can apply for tourist/extend your stay while you wait for EE, otherwise you gonna have to leave Canada and apply under EE from home.
