Document checklist page issue

In a very strange situation. Post ITA sometimes when Im at document checklist page, some of the links including link to upload LOE won't appear and sometimes it does. Moreover, the post ita form won't update correctly. Have anyone faced such situations?

It did happen to me as well. My AOR is Apr 10. When I exit questionnaire and re-enter the checklist page, Client Information upload field shows up. So, keep retrying. Once you find it, just upload it and it stays there as file uploaded eventhough you may see the webpage disoriented the next time.
