Hello. as a business owner, i'm using the 'self-employed' guidelines to prepare a list of documents. i'm presenting experience with two companies as noted below; please advise if in your opinion the document list looks comprehensive?
also since these will be uploaded, i'm assuming the 'copy' word is redundant.
Partner- trading/government supplies
1. partnership deed- indicating my ownership of the company
2. tender awards/order copies (orders from central/state government owned bodies)
3. payment advices/remittance copies (only a few- there may be more than 50- i'm assuming if i'm showing a good sample it would be sufficient?)
4. letter from other partner stating i am the managing partner and bonafide owner of the company.
do i need to add tax/bank statements to substantiate:
a. if payments were actually received by me in my bank account
b. personal tax papers- to show my income is declared
c. partnership tax papers- to show the partnership is paying income to the partner?
Director- KPO/consulting firm.

- ROC documents showing me as a bonafide director
- sample remittance advices from bank
- 1-2 reference letters from clients (US based)
- can show tax papers indicating income. but the company was loss making
- letter from all directors that i'm the managing director
as above, do i need to show a, b or c? any advice is appreciated.
