Document certification

Hi all,
I am applying for express entry to Canada, I understood I have to:
1- send translated copy of my degree (my original one is in Arabic)
2- had my university send original transcripts to WES directly in a sealed and stamped envelop.

my issue is about the second, I had 5 years engineering studies in 2 different universities .. I have the original of my 3rd to 5th year transcripts, but for the first 2 years, I do not have any records.. I may have lost them (it was in 92-94).. but what is more concerning me, I called my first university asking for transcripts.. and they do not have archives that goes back to 92 to 94..

so bottom line, my year 1 and 2 engineering studies transcript do not exist anymore, what should I do?

Contact WES about this and see what they have to say. They might accept your transcript from the final school.

A recognized university could never say they haven't got your records unless there was a massive fire or some other disaster.
In those cases, they would definitely issue you a letter or some kind of a document proving (at least!) your period of study at the university.

It will definitely take a lot of convincing and I do not think all of this can be done over a phone!
