Doctors immigration...Please advice

Dear sir, I;m medical doctor from Pakistan. I;ve graduated in dec 1995. I am very much interested in canadian Immigration.
Please advice me
1- should I need to pass any exam before applying for immigration?
2- can I change profession after my immigration or I have to remain in same profession?
3- which provinces have high demand of doctors short processing time these days?

1. You can still apply for immigration but you have to find some other job you can do because you can not work as a doctor before you get a license here.

2. As long as you can get a temporary work permit to do some job or you become PR, you can do any job you want as long as you meet licensing requirements.

3. Every province needs doctors but you can not work as a doctor until you get licensed.
