Doctor with Pre-Licence, Post-Graduation Work Experience

Hi,

My wife has a year's worth of experience under NOC (3112), which was attained after being awarded a Degree, but before receiving a licence to practice.

She was working for a private practice doctor and the doctor is willing to give her a reference letter stating her duties. She was allowed to worked based on the fact that she completed her MBBS.

Will this work experience be considered valid? OR should she be using another NOC (3124) which matches most of the duties, but does not mandate a licence?

MCC evaluation has been completed for MBBS.

If she is wanting to continue practicing as a physician I would suggest immigrating to another country. It is a long and difficult process for many to get relicensed and many never get the chance to get licensed because they can’t secure a residency spot or the few spots in a retraining program for GPS willing to work in underserviced areas.

That is what everyone's been advising.

In my wife's case, she is a foreign medical graduate here in India, ( she graduated from United Arab Emirates).
She is having it difficult in India as well
UAE is not an option & hence we decided on Canada.
UK seems great! but their pathway to citizenship seems far-fetched.
