What financial docs are students supposed to show at the border when entering Canada?

Your proof of financial supporte. e.g. demand draft, when you need to open a bank account in Canada and make your deposit, or cash, depending on how you're bringing the money into Canada.

what if some of the money is on my debit card which can be used internationally and the rest my parents would be sending me when I need it? would i just show them the most recent bank balance certificate of my card?
