Hello every one!!!

I have chosen WES to evaluate my credentials for FSWP in order to apply for P.R... So just wanted to know what are the docs to be submitted to WES apart from my educational transcripts...like any proof of identity is required?? any cover letter to be attached?? any printout of my completed application to be attached??

Please do help me on this...

Docs are depends upon country requirement which you can find easily on website
for other information
proof of identity is required?? NOT REQUIRED
any cover letter to be attached?? Preferable not mandatory
any printout of my completed application to be attached?? The Downloaded Form which is to be filled by your university
meniton your ref no on envalop you sent to them

btw which NOC you are planning to apply for?

and i am applying for NOC 2132...

how good are my chances to qualify this year???

and by the way my cousin stays in Canada pursuing his P.hd and he says that the processing of applications is getting very much delayed due to ongoing strike of their employees...

a reason to worry???

the strike is not much affecting initial processing (it took @ 70days now a day to get PER)
for NOC 2132 i hope there are chances

1 more thing downloaded form you mentioned to be filled by university??? what is it and is it mandatory to submit it along with my complete package???

I have collected transcripts from my university and they gave it to me in an sealed envelope, wont it be enough with out that form you mentioned above??

Also if you don't think I am asking for too much, please post the link to download that form...if it is mandatory to submit it...

the degree certificate, all marksheet is to be attested by university registar of examinar. and there is one form when you will pay fee to wes you can download the same. that you need to fill by you/ university, but sign and stamped by university

this 4 things you need to put in envalop signed and sealed by university

this type of envalop you need for all your degree if in excess of one

than put that all in one big envalop and send to wes with your ref. no on it.
 
apart from your academic credentials no need to send any cover letter etc. no need to write any reference number on the envelope even. i have done in the same way, sealed the envelope and directly send it to WES. no reference number. they will dig out your reference number with the help of your name.

than why not to write?

again same is for cover letter, i have seen many applicant they ask for the thing which they have submitted than with help of this cover letter and writing ref. no it will expedite (or make easier for assessment authority person) your process.

vats you are right. but it didn't delay my process. better to write your ref no, but if you forgot no need to worry just to let u know. my assessment was sucessfully done in almost the same timeline, though i didnt write any ref no on the envelope.

Maruthi has not sent the application.
so its alwyas better to provide all information with us, what to loose in that.
and if you have see lots of person's application is clear after long time.
anyway ofcourse its not mandatory.
 
With reference to above discussions I assume that the form is to be downloaded while paying the fee.

But unfortunately, I have'nt downloaded that, is there any chance that I can do it now or I have to contact WES.

please help me

you can download now also
go to your account
click on order which is your ref. no
there is button for doc. to be submitted
there the link to download the form is available

also can the date on the transcripts and the date of the form be different???

because I have collected all my transcripts on 7-aug-13 but was unaware of this form...so I am going to visit my university tomorrow so it is going to be a different date???

Please help me on this...

Yes the same form
and the date doesent matter
i have sent transcript of date 6 year back when i have finished study and get the transcripts

keep in mind other than transcript you need to send attested copies of your degree certi and marksheets also
