my friend has already filed PR application but he wants to apply for visit visa also.

1-What are chances he could get visit visa
2-What documents would are must to support his visit visa application

there are less than 10 % chances for visitor visa approval after applying spousal sponsorship. he needs to prove that, he is just visiting Canada not moving and he needs to show strong ties to his home country to prove that he will return back to his country after his visa expires.
