doccuments for sponsorship application

hello ,
can you please tell me all of the documents needed to sponsor my children and all the steps
?
i saw that my child needs to fill the generic application for perminent residence form for canada and that i need to include it in my application , i clicked on it and there was a question , " have you received certificat de selection quebec " can you tell me what is this , and when is my child supposed to receive it or apply for it

Certificat de sélection Québec is only needed if they're moving to Quebec.

I have done some research but im a little bit lost , yes my children are moving to quebec so when do they apply for csq ? And what are the documents ans steps do i need to follows to sponsor them to come to quebec ? Your help is really appreciated
