Do you pay a fee for a non accompanying minor?

When I paid my fees I paid:
$75 Sponsor
$475 Principal Applicant
$150 A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner
$490 Right of Permanent Residence
---------
$1190 Total

They sent back $150 with no note. Normally I like getting a check in the mail, but I want my fees to be paid up!!! My application lists my non accompanying daughter with her medical.

Only the immigrants are required to have the physical\police check and pay the fee.

Well that about stinks... I had to delay my application several months to get the physical for my non accompanying daughter. Not to mention the $350!! Argh...

That's not the case. The non-accompanying minor DOES need to have the medical and (if they are over 18) the police check. You do not however, have to pay their fee as they are not immigrating on this application.
