Odd question I know! I just cancelled my Credit Card (never used it) and thought that for some crazy reason I may need one. I'm 99% sure i don't, just looking for reassurance! I feel very stupid for asking!

Many thanks

No, you don't. But you might find it difficult to pay for hotels/hostels unless you pay cash up front.

No - but, it's just a good thing to have just in case you need it!

Many hotels will want you to put a large amount of cash down for a room to cover any incidentals if you don't have credit card. This could be as little as $50 to as much as $300 per night. Having a credit card is always a good idea in case of an emergency.
