I hope you understand me now..thank you for the reply

In that case you should send your visa office a new copy of the erroneous form with the new information and a letter explaining the situation.

I agree, there's just one second check for them to find your mistake. you need to be honest with them and send them a copy of your actual PR issuance date to fix that mistake.

thank you, but I do not know or remember when I became permanent residence exactly , if I lost that can I call the immigration office and ask them about this?

Don't you have your confirmation of permanent residence (COPR) or your permanent resident card? Either one would tell you. Or do you remember the date when you landed in Canada? That would be the day that you became a PR.

ok thank you , I will look about that again......

confirmation of permanent residence

Yes ,I fond it,so ....

let me see, I remember .. I mean I have the date wich prove when I arrived Canada first time to live...
is that the same date ?? .... thank you for your help........

Yes, the date that you first arrived to live in Canada after you got your PR visa is the date that you became a permanent resident. Number 45 on the COPR should say "Became PR on" and then they would have filled in the date that you landed by hand. That's the date you became a PR. Use that date.
