Hello,

I'm applying for pgwp now, i'm not sure of the question 'do you have a written job offer?' mean.

I got a house keeping job just now, which is not related to my major(my major is computer science).
I got a copy of team member information form that i wrote (name, address, sin, position , wage, start date)

should i answer this question yes? or no? i'm confused :(?

and i'm trying to scan my passport stamps, but it get really blurry when i scan it cant really recognize the stamp. would it affect on the application?

thanks for opinions in advance! :)

The written job offer has two components job letter from employer and:

  • the job offer and a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), which is a document from Employment and Social Development Canada that says the employer is allowed to hire you
  • the offer of employment number that the employer received when they submitted the offer of employment through the Employer Portal if an LMIA is not needed.

Please understand that the work permit application is a generic application and all types of work permits are applied through this application. For closed permit you must have a written job offer. Since, you are applying for PGWP you don't need one.
