I do not have Indian(voter card , licence card).... but I have Canadian licence card

what should I mention as a national document ?

Neither India nor Canada issues National ID, so put N/A in the space.

Not sure about Canada, but pretty sure about India we don't have any national document

Isn't "aadhar card" a national document?

Anyway its not a mandatory thing to include.
