Hi Experts,

Kindly advise me about the bank statement, do we need to submit our bank statements, if we both are working.

WE are providing with the company's salary slips.

If we need the bank statement, then for how many months? 3 months or 6 months?

The main applicant must share proof of funds with CHC in order for them to ensure that u hv liquidity to survive, as per CHC criteria. To prove your liquidity status, Bank statement is one of the main document. Better share 6 months status, must be in original, stamped by your Bank. U can use your spouse statements as well if he/she is part of application.

Pls read carefully the on CHC website (click the below link) on the funds requirement and type of funds accepted as proof;

Hi, it depends in which category you are applying. For Federal Skilled Worker Category 1, you must show proof of funds at least to the minimum required in the link asyousuf has posted.

It is advisable to provide at least 6 months statements to show the history of the funds when you send your initial application to CIO. At a later stage at the visa office they have been known to ask for up to 12 months statements, but 6 is usually acceptable. The statements can be from accounts from the principal applicant, or the accompanying spouse, or both.

Their main concern is that this money genuinely belongs to you and has not been borrowed.

Best of luck with your application.
Wayne.
