do we require IELTS FOR applying citizenship

Hi

Do we need to submit original copy of ielts for citizenship application.
i already submitted original copy while applying PR last years back.
Now i do have only photocopy and expired IELTS copy. Can i use that
Moreover i cannot request duplicate copy of ielts because they do issue duplicate copy only for past two years.

can i submit anyother educational certificates instead of IELTS.

what about my wife. She didnt took any IELTS while applying for PR because she applied as dependent .
she doesnt have any canadian degree but she have bachelors degree from india. so can she provide that educational certificate as proof to meet language requirements or else should she take IELTS now.

1. She would also need a letter from the school stating that the language of the course of instruction was in English.
