Hello,
I am living in Manitoba, and I have eight months of work experience in this province. I am eligible to apply for MPNP, but I want to apply for express entry through CEC. My score would be 461 if I finish one year working here in Canada. I think this score is risky, and I cannot get the result soon.
How can I get a provincial nominee score to add to my express entry score? I searched about this, and I found that I have to stay in this province for almost two years if I want to apply for MPNP and get the confirmation (something like getting pr through a provincial nominee). I do not like to stay in this province.
This process is not clear to me. Do you have any more information?
What can I do? Do you have any ideas?

You don’t want to leave the province until you have PR. The whole point of the PNP program is to live in the province. Your nomination can be cancelled during the process if you no longer live in Manitoba. So a LLA is not enough to move.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. Could you tell me what is this sentence mean? "Ongoing employment in Manitoba for 6 months or more with long-term job offer from the same employer" . I have a one year employment offer, is that mean a long-term job offer?

Ongoing employment means that you have worked for the employer for 6 months. Long term is a job offer that is permanent with usually no end date. A year is not long enough as you would not even have PR then. You want your employment letter to be a year past getting PR.
