I am from India. I have finished my Bachelor's in Computer Science and I am trying to get my ECA from WES.
I want to know if it is OK to send the Transcripts via the University and later the Provincial certificate separately by the applicant.
Is there any rule that both transcripts and Provincial certificate should be sent together in a single shot to WES?
Which option is better: applicant to send both transcripts and provincial certificate in a single shot to WES by himself/herself? Or, first ask the University to send the transcripts and then followed by the applicant to send the Provincial certificate?
