Do we need to provide #19 on Document checklist if sponsoring spouse?

On the document checklist it says if you must meet the minimum necessary income requirement....d then it lists a,b,c and d of different things we need to provide. Do I just skip the entire section 19 on the document checklist since i'm sponsoring my spouse?

You must provide an Original Option C printout from Revenue Canada and an original letter from your employer. That's it.

I don'thave an income, only my husband, but I'm sponsoring him and we're both in the US. Should i send his last 12 months pay stubs?

Yes, and explain why you are using his paystubs/tax return, i.e. he is the sole income earner in the family.
