Hi,
do we need to notarize the passport and citizenship documents when submitting to CIO showing as a proof of relationship? If these documents are to be notarized, we need to notarize it in Canada right? My application has already been sent, Can I include them if required at a later point. My Visa Office is New Delhi. Please help...

No, you just need to show a copy and they will verify it.
