Do we need to let IRCC know for changes in employment

Good day all,
I have applied for non express entry PNP (NB) no employer restrictions. Would I need to let IRCC know if I change my job or if I get terminated from my current job due to shortage of work ?
And would I need to let them know if I visit India while my file is in process ?
If yes then how can I do it does it have to be a web form ?

If you have no employer restrictions I would think note. Read your Nomination Certificate: does it say anywhere that you need to notify the province or IRCC of any changes to your employment?

Thanks for replying, My PNP doesn't say anything about letting the IRCC know if you leave the country. I was just asking in general if we have a federal PR file processing then do we need to let the IRCC know or not, just confused.
So, I gues they would just require a new Police clearance Certificate from me.

If your PR application is not linked to a job then I don't think you need to.
