I and my family are outside from Canada and we just received our study permit approved.
On December 3, 2020, we have received our medical test in Toronto and I heard some regulation has changed due to covid19.

Do we need to get another medical test again?

I am not sure where is informed about this.

A medical is valid for 12 months. If they want another, which I doubt, they will inform you. Just do whatever they ask for. Don't overthink it.
