Do we mentioned Medicine on Form B4 - Urgent‏

Guys this is an urgent request, Do we have to mentioned medicines on form b4, these are mostly over the counter medicine for which i dont have any doctor's prescription.

Further I have clubbed the price of laptops w.e.f ABC latop, XYZ Laptop, ABC Tablet - $1,000 and similarly for mobile I have mentioned the names individually but mentioned the total amount for all mobile phones, is this acceptable or do i need to mentioned the cost of each item separately.

Regarding laptop, u can just write qty and value also. Its fine what u have written. No need to mention names anywhere
