Do we have to wait 8-10 weeks for emailing CPC-CTD-Ottawa again?

Hi, all. About one week ago, I found a big mistake from my GCMS notes so I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa to explain it. Today I sent my supplementary employment letter to them by email. However, in the automatic reply letter, it says "If you have applied within the last eight to ten weeks, we will not be responding to your enquiry - please ensure adequate time has passed before making an enquiry."

Does it mean I have to send my supplementary employment letter again after 8-10 weeks? Will they ignore my second email? Thanks!

They will not ignore your second Email. They simply will not respond to your Email. Turn off the panic mode button.

Thank you. Another question is that I once emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa three times, but only the last time I got an automatic reply letter, I do not know why?
