do we get work permit with study permit?

While applying for study visa they asked if I'll work off-campus (Coop) and I said yes. Upon study visa approval, do I get both permits?

No it's not, after 8 months.

I think you have to apply for OCWP after 6 months. They ask for course catalog when you apply study permit if your course have CO-op.
